About consulting
What areas do you consult and train on?+
Sexual and gender-based violence prevention and response, trauma-informed institutional practices, response to disclosures, and related policy work. I also offer expert commentary and reports.
What size of organization do you work with?+
Universities, colleges, non-profits, and mid-sized workplaces (typically 50–500 people). Engagements range from small frontline cohorts to institutional roll-outs.
Do you work with organizations outside Quebec and Ontario?+
Yes. Virtual engagements are available anywhere. In-person delivery in other provinces can be arranged with travel costs added.
How does an engagement typically start?+
With a scoping call to understand your context and desired outcomes. From there I propose a package or custom scope with a written statement of work.
Can you deliver in French, in English, or both?+
Both. Materials can be prepared in either or both languages depending on your audience.
How is billing handled?+
A deposit is invoiced at the start of the engagement, with balance due on delivery or according to a milestone schedule for longer partnerships. Payment by credit card, e-transfer, or corporate cheque.
Can you consult on policy drafting for Bill 151 / P-22.1 compliance?+
Yes. Policy review, drafting, and stakeholder engagement are part of my regular consulting work.
Can you provide expert reports or written commentary?+
Yes, for a range of purposes including institutional reviews, policy consultations, and academic or journalistic contexts.
What's your typical response time?+
Two business days for institutional inquiries; one business day for time-sensitive media requests.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes, when appropriate. Standard NDAs can be reviewed and signed as part of the engagement setup.
